Multi-Level car parking is proposed to be developed beside Vivekananda Park (behind proposed science center) in the heart of the Kakinada smart city. This project aids in meet the future parking demands at the touted busiest public place of Kakinada to meet the parking demand of Vivekananda Park &library, proposed science center and Godavari Kalakshetra. The proposed MLCP is planned in 1735sqm plinth area as ground and first floor with total built area equaling to 3470sqm for ECS capacity of 100 cars and 250 bikes. The facilities (supplementary items) at MLCP will include but not limited to the followings: • Semi- Automated Parking Facility • Toll Booths adequately computerized • Automatic scanning of vehicles with CC cameras and controlling of vehicles with boom barriers at entry and exits • All basic necessity like Firefighting facility, security checks etc. • Building façade treatment works This tender scope is limited to development of civil structure only for the proposed MLCP.The other Services/ Supplementary items listed above will be developed /take up for future expansion by the same contractor or as per directions of Engineer-in-chief from time to time.
